Well, we had these drafted up but couldn't get around to posting them with all the Holiday Hoopla. Anyway, here is the first of two new Christmas comics. Hope you enjoy them!

FTC Blogging Guidelines for Sponsored Posts

I just wanted to share a couple of links to the new Federal Trade Commission guidelines about sponsored endorsements on blogs which includes Mommy Blogs of course. These went into effect on December 1st this year.

Basically the rules seem pretty simple. I accidentally stumbled upon this information on a blog I follow (Mom-101) and am so glad she posted the information so wanted to pass along the favor. None of my posts have been sponsored but I would really be in a bind if I didn't know the rules and got into that side of blogging.

Since our son turned 9 months old he started trying to help himself to the mommy milk whenever he pleased which included being in public so I found myself having to be smarter about my wardrobe choices to prevent unplanned flashing at the grocery store.
